Return & Refund policy

Please specify a reason of return and write a detailed description of your item. If your item is received defective on arrival please contact us with 7 days so we can resolve any issues. For all returns, exchanges, damages, please contact us via customerservice@beecareinc.com, we will provide you solutions to your needs. Otherwise return shipping fee and restocking fee will be charged if return the item directly. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products, services and mobile applications.

If there is any major problem occurring in the product being given then you can also have the choice of whether to refuse, return or refund. If the problem with the goods or service is minor, the business can choose to give the customer a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. However there are also some goods which cannot be returned or refund. We can also ask to customers to send goods/products back if there is any problem occurring. The customer can be responsible for transport costs if an inspected item doesn’t prove to be faulty.

Return label printing:

You need to print the return label directly from your account to return the package to the selected parcel service. When the warehouse receives the package, you will be refunded within 24 hours. Please contact for any troubleshooting issues.
